Amit is a TVC director for over 10 years now. He studied Architecture from BIT Mesra before going to National Institute of Design for a post graduate course in Film and Video. Soon after that he was with the ace directors like Shoojit Sircar, Robby Grewal and Navdeep Singh at RedIce Films. Followed by a job with Viacom18 for about 3 years. Left the Channel work to get back to Advertisements and within a year he started directing commercials, music videos and promos.
Amit’s impeccable eye for art, design and love for films add an extra dimension to his ability to deliver his films with passion.
His forte is Strong Visuals. His reel has varied range of work across style- beauty, performance, poignant drama/ slice of life and food. He has directed commercials for clients such as apple music, ted baker, google, bosch, HUL, Dabur, Parachute, Flipkart, Western Union, Asian Paints, Himalaya, Hindu and many more.
In his free time he loves graphic designing, photography and doodling while some music in the background does wonders to his mood.
